Public notice regarding means-tested benefits
The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS), the Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy & Financing (HCPF), and counties are required by federal regulation (8 CFR § 213a.4(b)) to share the public notice regarding means-tested benefits with the public. Here is a list of CDHS programs and sub-programs that are considered means-tested public benefits:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (S-EBT)
- Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
- Adult Financial Programs
- Colorado Works
- Colorado Works Subsidized Training and Employment Program (CW STEP)
- Housing for Victims of Abuse
- ReHire Colorado
- Communications Technology Program
