Communication Services for People with Disabilities Enterprise
Colorado House Bill 25-1154 established the Communication Services for People with Disabilities Enterprise in 2025. The enterprise — housed in the state’s Department of Human Services — helps those who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, or have speech disabilities communicate with everyone else. A governor-appointed board oversees the initiative, while managing the funds that support it.
